Additionally, please note that:
- Long term rental rates are available on request.
- Availability is all year round and change-over days are flexible.
- If your party is 2-4 people then be sure to contact us for special rates (please note that this applies to off-peak season bookings only)
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional £100 damage deposit cheque is also payable with the final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment inspection.
- Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure will forfeit the deposit.
- The apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day
- Prices are inclusive of all utilities, air-conditioning and Clube facilities
- A maximum of 8 people only may stay in the apartment during one booking period. Should more accommodation be required we have contact with other owners who have apartments in the resort.
- Airport transfers available 80-100 Euros return dependant on size of party (payable locally)
- Linen and towels provided on arrival. Two week stays both are changed after one week. Towels can be washed/dried in the apartment (washing powder supplied). PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN POOL/BEACH TOWELS.
